Browns 2000 are the UK’s leading manufacturer of made to measure vinyl wrapped doors and components for kitchens, bedrooms and bathroom furniture. Their website and online ordering system were a major undertaking for Coal/Face last year and we’ve recently been working on adding their new Glacier range.

The website includes some nice features including a door creator tool which handles up to 500 possible door combinations, but the really impressive features are those behind the scenes.

The online ordering system allows Browns customers order bulk quantities of made to measure kitchens and bedrooms and actually automates the ordering process by communicating with their manufacturing software which creates the doors in-house in their gigantic warehouse.

So you could say the website actually physically creates doors (kind of).
